Errors adding shortcodes

Hi,
I have some problems with this plugin. I’ve added 2 terms and I can see those terms like posts:

Ad blocker

Ad Exchange

But I can’t add a page with the glossary, I’ve tried pasting the shortcode in a page but I have this error:

Can you help me? Can I change the post template? I’d like a different template for glossary terms.
