Followers of question don't receive notifications.

I up-voted some questions on my page with a subscriber account.
I then answered them using the another account.
Then I checked for emails in the subscriber’s inbox but no notifications of those answers are received. It does receive notifications of answers to his questions, however.
I have enable all options in the notification settings.

Please help me find out what’s wrong.

About the email notification, you need to install the wpMandrill or WP Mail SMTP to send the email. I think you should install the Gmail SMTP plugin.
