I used shortcodes to add the plugin at my website (thanks to the valuable contribution of a member of this community). The ‘ask a question’ tab is the fourth on the main menue and the ‘Latest Answers’ tab is the third on the main menue.
<span style="text-decoration: underline">My problem</span>When I try to post a question (fourth page in menue), I get the 404 error. Before I used shortcodes, I have somehow managed to post questions however could not reply to them. Now I cannot do either (neither post a question, nor reply). Also I cannot see any "Latest Answers’ (in third page in main menu). Can anyone help please…
well wishertry setting your permalink structure to yoursitename.com/postname and see if it resolves the issue make sure you clear all cache before checking the page
well wisherand also set your ask question page to the page you are using for asking questions in the settings of dwqa sometimes this is the reason for 404
