How can I change tag autocomplete to drop down list

I need two drop down list for my ASK QUESTION page same as you guys have here I am thinking to change the tags to drop down list can you please tell me how to change tag autocomplete to a drop down list same as question categories, or a another way to achieve the same goal.

At the moment, our DW Focus does not support tag section in ask question section to a select list. The code in the question
only support display tags list on the List question.

No worries, Actually I was saying if I could have one more select list like you guys have here “I have question about” and the other “With product”.
