How can I integrate DW Questions and Answers with the Genesis framework?

I have a theme that uses Genesis 2 as the framework and everything works well EXCEPT that the plugin is looking for question templates in the wrong place.

It’s looking in the Genesis folder when it should be looking in the child theme folder.

Can you assist?

Unfortunately, our pluginisn’t yet fully compatible with the Genesis Framework. We sorry about this. We will discus about this issue. Regards,

There are older posts on here that says it does work with genesis. So it doesn’t work with genesis now?

Do you have any idea when it will be compatible, or if there are plans on making it compatible.

At the moment, we have not yet a specific time for upcoming update, still not yet a plans on making it fully compatible with the Genesis Framework. However, I sent and notified our technical team about this problem. We will discuss about it.
