How can I translate the date ?

Hi I want to translate dw-focus theme but I cant chance date. somewhere is turkish somewhere is english. I want to change all of them to turkish.

If you want to translate the date on the DW Focus (E.g: from January to Januari ), you can open the locale.php file in the “\wp-includes” folder and edit it.
