how to create main slider

I’ve created a website using Dw Trendy and followed the guide. I can’t find how to create shuffling main slider images. Under slider settings I’ve selected “Yes” under “Auto Play Main Slider.” I created 3 slides.
Do you create a post instead and loop the posts somehow?

I have tested on our theme demo and can’t find out the slider as you mentioned above. Do you install any slider plugins ? Please provide more details about what you are facing with a screenshot.
