Hi, please can you tell me exactly how I keep all of the DW Plugin pages within my own designed template theme? Currently when I click to view a question or answer it goes to those pages but it shows the basic default WordPress layout page which is totally different from my own layout.
Also when I click the links from an email of the DW Plugin, it shows me the same basic default WordPress page which I don’t want to happen.
So I simply need every single DW page to follow my own layout design structure?
Can you let me know detail about this issue?
Please send me username & password your site and some screenshot for further checking.
Hi, I have waited 3 days now to move on with my website so it’s obviously now super urgent.
I do not require, want or trust anyone on my site, unfortunately, I have simply asked exactly as I have above and primarily need to know exactly what settings or what I have to do exactly to achieve exactly what I have asked above please?
To clarify I need to know how to STOP the plugin pages from going to a default page without my layout design. I need the plugin to stay within my Elementor design/template and NOT the default theme that is being used as a base for Elementor. I want it to show in my design only?
Can someone urgently get back to me asap today??
Wow! This is the worst support and plugin ever! Forget it I will get my REFUND!!
Please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to you. We have some issue with my system.
At the moment, you only posible use the shortcake to show ask question, list question page in your template design. about the single question, categories, and tag page, you can not use the Page template. In this case, you can change the file name in the
plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/inc/Template.php file then find the line 1143
function dwqa_get_template( $template = false ) {
$templates = apply_filters( ‘dwqa_get_template’, array(
‘single-dwqa-question.php’,
‘single.php’,
‘page.php’,
‘index.php’,
) );
