Hassan AwanI have a very unique problem here, we dont allow sign ups on our wordpress site and when someone asks a private question, they are not able to get an answer. please can someone help?
Initially i was able to reply as admin from the email address directly and now it seems like when i recieve a question on admin email and i reply it there it doesnt reach the person who asked the question. please help , do i need a pro plugin?
