I have just purchased this and the “Ask A Question” button is not showing up

Have you tried to configure the permission of the plugin?
Please go to the Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Permission tabs then allow Anonymous and Subscriber can submit a question.  If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
