I try to upload the template I bought but I keep getting the error "The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet. Theme install failed." Please help me.

Hello Lori !
Apologize for the delay in replying to you. Your problem was because you might be using the Quickstart package to install your WordPress theme via Dashboard. You can only use the Theme package to upload via Dashboard.
We added a theme package to your profile, please download the dw-gamez_1.0.3_theme.zip in your profile.
If you still face the issue, you can send me username & password of your site (via private answer), we will help you install the theme.
