Is it possible to set male and female profiles ?

I would like to set an girls ask guys and vice versa website. I would like to highlight the gender of the profiles using the website. It could be using a blue colour name link for guys and pink for girls or even using an icon to distinguish males and females.
Can it be done in this template?

At the moment, DW Q&A plugin does not support this issue.
