Is it possible to synchronize the same plug-in on different websites ?

I would like to implemente the Q&A on two sites : http://zestetik.fr/magazine and http://www.anti-age-magazine.com/
I would like the two Q&A pug-in communicate ie if questions/answers are on one site, there are also on this other one ?
