Hi Guys. thanks for this great Q&A tool. I am very impressed. I implemented this on our website… http://www.debtsafe.co.za today. My question is as follows. is it possible to force visitors who want to ask a question to input their email and name and surname before submitting a question. I do not want the visitors to go through a whole registration process…. just a quick detail submission, maybe a “Accept T&C” checkbox and that is it.
Can you please point me in the right direction

To resolve this issue, you can log in to Dashboard > Q&A > Setting > Permission. Our DW Q&A plugin have supported to allow user submit question don’t need login.

Thank you for the feedback. The only option that does not require the visitor to register is the “Anonymous”. If I allow anonymous question asking then the user is not required to input their email address and name. If I allow question asking on the next level which is “subscriber” the user has to register on my site. I want the user to ask a question but only put in their email and Name…. without having to register as a subscriber on my site.

I saw that they can infact input their email but I cannot access their email addresses in the back end. Where are that email address saved. Many times I want to contact my prospective customers directly on their email… but I need it to be show somewhere at least.

thanks for the advice.

Apologies for the delay in replying to you. At the moment, Our DW Q&A plugin does not yet support this issue. However, it’s great idea, we will discuss about this issue.
