Issue with DW Question Answer removing my header in a custom theme

Hello,
I am using the DW Question Answer in a custom theme and followed the directions to format through the cotent-wrapper php files and the modified CSS, but when I go to the Ask Question and Question screen my theme parallax header is getting overridden. I am pretty new to this stuff so I am not sure what could be causing this, but I suspect I am missing something either in the start-content-wrapper.php file or the functions.php code.
Any help would be appreciated.

Okay so I was able to get the page header and everything to show up, but the Ask Question and Questions forms are still below the footer. I can’t seem to figure this out. Can anyone help?

Dear Zac,
Please look into this: http://cmspioneer.com/designwall/guide/dw-question-answer-plugin/#Style_integration and see if you can put get the wrapper function as it is in your theme!
