Links from Questions and Answers Are being Redirected to Home Page

Hello Design Wall Community,
Looking for some assistance:  
When a member posts a question, we receive an email informing us that a new question has been posted.  In that email, the question which is posted has a link back to the question so we’re able to answer it.
Suddenly, once we click on the link, we are being redirected back to the main home page.
Your thoughts, advice, comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
