My site,answer option not appearing. Please help

I have installed DW Questions & Answers plugin on my website.I have enable answers option in my settings still when i post a question on my site answer page not appearing. Please help

Have you tried to check the permission of the user role?
If you disable the view option for the answer, please enable it. Please send me the username & password of your site for further checking if you still face their issue.

I have helped you custom the single DW Q&A page, you can check your site now. Just added the single-dwqa-question.php file to your site.
