Newsletter (widget footer) don't work

Like others users I have problems in newsletter. I read others posts and no solution for this.

Hi,
To resolve this issue, you can use the newsletter plugin. Please find the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/newsletter/
I have tested on our demo and it work great.
