NL (Dutch) translation missing in last update (1.1.7)

Hi,
In the last update (and at least 4 updates before this one) every time the Dutch (NL) translations are missing. Could you please provide the latest one, so I can update this myself?
Is there a way to make this a default part of every next build? If you need any help with translations because of updates, I am more than willing to support if that makes it easier.

At the moment, we have removed this language file in the version 1.1.7. We need to update this language. We are looking an user can help to update the files.
