Not able to answer questions as Admin

So relating to my last, the issue I have is that I do not see the comments or answer WYSIWYG editor to answer questions, despite being admin and logged in.

Also when I ask a question it goes to a 404

When I register as a new user (not admin) I still cannot do anything

Checked permissions
Reset the permalinks and put back.

We were ready to roll out onto the site, but now its all gone south!
