Not receiving email notifications when new questions are submitted

Hi i have installed DW Q&A on my website http://www.isamaharashtrasection.org.
I have installed WP Mail SMTP for Emails.
However whenever a new question / comment / answer is posted there is no notification Email to admin though i have put admin Email id.
Similarly there is no Email notification to the person who asks the question.
Kindly resolve.
