Once ticket assigned to a user I cannot unassign or set to none

Hi there, using your DWQA Assign Ticket here https://manforhimself.com/question/another-test-question/ – but once we assign a ticket to a person, I can’t then unassign it, it just reverts back to whoever was selected. How do I stop this or amend the code so that ‘None’ can be selected.
