Only the "x" is showing up at the top

Hello,

I just installed DW Promo v. 1.0.4 on our site that is running 4.1.1 WP. When I enable the bar all I see is the "x" in the upper right hand corner. I don’t see the bar at all. This issue is consistent across browsers and devices. Any ideas?

We have checked the DW PromoBar plugin on our demo, it’s still work fine. Please send me your site for further checking.

I am not sure I can get the powers that be to allow anyone into our server. I am working on that. In the mean time, we have pretty talented developers that work on our stuff. Is it possible that you could recommend some things to look for or tweak? Thank you
