PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent in Base.php line 20

Hello,
It seems that you are not yet updating your plugin in WordPress.org
We encounter this issue. We are about to buy the Premium one but we want to test and see all the possible problems that we may encounter like this.
Can help us regarding this problem?
In the line 20, these are the following codes
setcookie(‘dwqa_anonymous’, $token, $expire, COOKIEPATH, COOKIE_DOMAIN, $secure_in_cookie, true );

What do you think is the problem here? I also searched for the other threads here regarding this problem, and removing white spaces in php ?> tag doesn’t solve this.
