The "Ask Question" button has a problem

I have installed your plugin.  I have created the templates to get your plugin to fit within my theme.  However, on the “Ask a Question” page the “Ask Question” button does not appear at the bottom, but completely covers the page when you hover over the form!  Thus, we can’t enter anything. http://your.pro/dwqa-ask-question/
Obviously, there’s a theme thing going on, but any advice you have would be appreciated.
Also, I have added padding in the css. but it doesn’t seem to change the “Questions” page: http://your.pro/dwqa-questions/
