The search doesn't work even on designwall.com official site

I found that search function doesn’t work on https://www.designwall.com/question
for example, I entered “focus” in the search box, then press Enter key. I noticed that the URL had been redirected to
https://www.designwall.com/question/?qs=focus
but the page still listed all questions
