unable to insert images and video links from the contributor account

Hi,
i have previously asked regarding unable to insert images and video links from the contributor account but it is working from admin account, please fix it, the size of the question and answer is also very less how to increase it i am using the elegant themes divi my site is http://www.supportcafe.in/kb
if you’re not going answer this, then don’t waste my time make it clear.

At the moment, the plugin does not support to embed link to the question and answer. However, you can use the following plugin to insert the image into the question and answer.
