I have posted this question as private earlier and I am disappointed with the speed of your support and the answer you have given me. My ‘popular posts’ widget is not working, it is only displaying the most recent posts, and I know for a fact that these are not the posts that are read most. Nothing changes at all; it really only displays them as the most recent ones. Dominic has answered: “Popular News widgets will show posts that have most views from your site, if another posts do not have enough views to join the top, it will not be shown. So Popular News widget will show same posts for a long time.” But this is not true- as there are some articles that receive the most visitors per day and they are nowhere displayed. This widget is not working. Please help me out and give me proper support on what to do.

I indeed started using another widget. It took Designwall a disappointing 13 (!) days to answer my question, so ofcourse I needed to find an alternative. However, I know that the popular post widget is still not working, as Stefano is experiencing now, and as I’ve seen earlier in the support forum. Has this bug been removed? Can we all start using the widget again? Warm Regards, Manya.

I indeed started using another widget. It took Designwall a disappointing 13 (!) days to answer my question, so ofcourse I needed to find an alternative.
