Why I can't acces to my personalize module on DW Focus?

When I try to access to the personalize module, my wordpress loading something, but never ends to load that.

Hi,
Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).

The name of the plugin that is causing compatibility problems is Jetpack. Once connected to wordpress does not allow access panel to customize.

there are many compatibility issues, especially with DW widgets, since activating the plugin not allowed to use the DW widget, however if I use the first widget, then I can not activate the plugin.

If you use "Image Widget", that plugin also causes Focus to not open the Customize page options.
