Today, we have released the DWQA Widgets to display the categories section as you want with fee is $29. you can go to this link: https://www.designwall.com/wordpress/dwqa-extensions/dwqa-widgets/

The current theme and plugin used for DesignWall has made for only our site and not officially released.
If you want to have it, we are ready to help you as a custom work with a charge of fee
In case that you are still interested in the feature, please kindly let us know, we will check and estimate the time.

why don’t you sell it as a plugin, so that anybody interested in this feature can buy it easily?

Yes, we are planning to create a premium plugin for this feature and we will try and release it as soon as possible.
