Categories and Topic Cloud

Hi, Pls let me know how to get Categories with count and Topic Cloud as have designwall/question page.

At the moment, we are using DWQA Categories/Tags to show the Categories (count). And used the Tags Cloud widget to show the Topics/Tags of the DW Q&A.
Also, we have used some JS+CSS to show the topics as you see on our site.
