Hi,
I’m testing the Question Answer plugin, great work guys!
I’ve noted that here the plugin is replacing the normal wordpress commenting system. How can we also do the same in our sites?
Thanks! 🙂
Hi Sam,Â
To have the Q&A plugin in the theme. Please do as the following.
Step1: Download the Q&A plugin from designwall.com then upload this plugin to the theme.
See the screenshot:
Step2: Select the Pages > Add New option to begin writing a new Page. You can create 2 new pages (for example: All Question & Ask a question )
See the Screenshot:
Step3: Move through the DW Q&A > Settings then select the pages that you want to display all questions and page where users can submit questions.
See the Screenshot:
Step4: From the ‘Appearance’ menu on the left-hand side of the Dashboard. You can select 2 pages (All Question & Ask a question ) then Click the Add to Menu button.
See the screenshot:
If you still face there issue. You can create a private question then send me username & password your site for further checking.
Hope this helps!
Hi Dominic, thanks for the answer but I probably explained myself in a confusing manner.
When looking at this page: http://cmspioneer.com/designwall/wordpress/themes/dw-minion/?view=questions
I would like to have something on my site in the same manner as you do: http://i.imgur.com/1AQqdDv.png
Basically, replace the comment system of my blog with the QA plugin.
Regarding your request, this design is a special design developed by our technical team for the site and it does not support the DW Question & Answer plugin yet. We will consider and update this feature in the next version.

thats good to know it works we are getting a 404 so hope can be sorted. It got a good write-up on ManageWP and yes would be great for replacing commenting much more useful and does away with reinventing the wheel for faqs. Thanks DW
