DennisHello, I use your tool not as a forum but as an idea portal and so I only use three filter: open, resolved and closed. But I don´t want a classification between “answered” and “unanswered”. When an admin or user replies to a question/idea, it should always remain “open” or be visible in the category open. Do you have an idea how to make it work?
