Anonymous comment gives a 'missing name information' error

Hi there,
I have purchased the pro version of this but when I go to add an anonymous comment I enter my details, press submit, and get ‘missing name information’ error and the comment will not post. When a user is registered / logged in and posts a comment – this seems to work fine and the comment and answer works. Help very much appreciated! Thanks in advance

At the moment, the Anonymous user will need to provide the email and name to submit a comment, question or answer.
In this case, you can go to the Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Permission and disable post option for the Anonymous role.
If you want to use this option but can not show the name and email fields in the single question, you can send me username & password of your site and we will help you resolve it.
