Can child theme files show in Single Question Template in DWQA Settings?

Hi,
 
I use child theme for my site. I would like to use the single.php on my child theme for display a single question. But i don’t see any template files from child them in DWQA settings>General>Single Question Template. I see only template files from parent theme. 
 
Is it possible to use the template file from child theme for a single-question?
