I especially like how the sidebar balances well with the question list, along with the register/login button. Thanks!

Unfortunately, what you see on our designwall.com is made for only our homepage, not released officially. Therefore, that’s hard to have the theme with design like our theme.
If you want to have a profile page, you can install buddypress plugin. However, please note that, upon installation, you can only have a default profile page with simple layout design. Maybe it can be broken. You need to restyle for your site.
