DW Knowledgebase Pro does not install (purchase code: 0e43c294-d96a-4fab-9223-a75ba90783ab)

Home page does not have any of the widgets, the theme is properly installed. When installing the DW knowledge base Pro, the following error message come:
“Downloading installation package from C:\xampp\htdocs\medpro/wp-content/themes/dw-helpdesk/plugins/dw-knowledgebase-pro.zip…
Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”
