DW Q&A Pro: Option to post either a 'Question' or 'Answer'

Hi,
I’ve purchased the pro version.
In my usage at my organization of this plugin, we find that we are posting much more answers to issues rather than questions. But due to the plugin’s workflow you have to post a question first, then answer it afterwards.
I wanted to know is there a way to post an answer first as opposed to a question? Is there a way to change the default from question first to answer first, when posting?

At the moment, the plugin does not support to change the default from a question first to answer first, when posting.
