dwqa email translateion

Hello,
I need to tranlate dwqa email using WPML.
I can see strings in WPML but dwqa is not sending translated email (just sends default language).
Would you please let me know how to send a translated email?

Please let me know all the strings/sections that you want to translate from the email system.
