How to add content+sidebar layout on our post page

Hi There!!
Correct me, If i had made a mistake, we fallowed same procedure as setting homepage layout for post page layout, though the new homepage layout has been updated on website, but the content+sidebar page layout is not getting updated, Plz guide us about this.

Hi,We want to our second page i.e web article page with single post format with widget beside by default, will you plz guide us, how to do it.We tried to change post layout from default to required (i.e single post layout with sidebar) by using reading option available in settings and change the default value of post option with newly created page that is attributed with Page:content+sidebar, though the changes are not updating on our site.we had already shared screenshot of the issue, to notification mail received earlier over the update of initial query.Plz look into it and provide us with possible solution, so that we can optimized our website as required to our needs.Thanks,Teja.

To resolve this issue, you can open the single.php file in the folder path “\wp-content\themes\dw-argo”, then remove the following code:
Line 4 – 6:
<div id=”side-content”>
<?php get_template_part( ‘navigation’ ); ?>
</div>
