how to edit labels in ask a question's page?

hi
i want to edit ask a question labels. for example : “Question details” Change to “Provide Background Details”.

Hello Waquas !
Please open the template-function.php file in the folder path “\wp-content\plugins\dw-question-answer\inc” find the line 309 & line 721.
