How to enter a custom badge (just like ‘staff’ after the name of dominic here )to certain members?

I am trying to make a customer QA with this plugin. how to add badge to some people who would be replying? Just similar to staff after the name of dominic here. is it a plugin feature? If I buy this plugin can you help me with this?
