How to install Minion?

I downloaded Minion but there does not seem to be a way to install. There are many read txt but that is all.

Firstly, you can find here for the document guide on how to install the theme: http://www.designwall.com/guide/install-theme-manually/
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site. I will help you install theme.
