how to translate DW QA

I want a translation DW-QA plugin to the Arabic language but did not work for me. I also tried the instructions located here http://designwall.com/question/how-can-i-use-a-translation-of-dw-question-answer/ but also did not work with me

Hi Mohssine,
Unfortunately we do not support Arabic language and RTL language for the plugin yet.
We will consider this function for the plugin.
