I cannot install DW Knowledge Base Pro and Social Share Plugins

I have just installed the theme and I installed all of the plugins but I cannot install these two.

For the Knowledge Base Pro it says: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
for the Social Share Plugin it says: Something went wrong with the plugin API.

Also how do I edit the pages? There’s no builder that allows me to edit the prebuilt pages such as text and icons?

Could you send me the username & password of your site? We will upload the plugin to your theme.
