Problem with editing on front-end editor

Hello,

After posting question or answer , i’m going to edit them but its showing me text+html tags:

Also when i’ve change from visual to text its showing html convert codes:

Also After changed from visual to text, i can not again change it to visual.

Hi,
I have checked your site and it’s work fine.
Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).

Hi,
Thanks for reply, I’ve deactivate all plugins but still does same problem. Also i’ve updated DWQA to new version + wp 4.2

Another q: Is there any way to add other shortcodes button in wp_editor in front-end ?!

Hi,
I think I have the same problem with the pro plugin. When I edit an answer from the front editor, it turns the html code wrongly, eg :
where I used to have this => Vous pouvez déposer une demande de logement social sur : DemandeLogement49.fr
I then have this => Vous pouvez déposer une demande de logement social sur : https://www.demandelogement49.fr/imhowebGP49/”>DemandeLogement49.fr</a>
Can you help us ? I have only the gutemberg editor active on this wordpress.

One more problem when editing : the button to add a link disappears.

Hi Dominic, in another issue you told us that you had solved the moderation problem in a new version, our IT just installed it and it seems it solves this issue too. I will test more this afternoon and let you know if there is still a problem.

Hi Dominic, the addon last version solved one part of this issue : no more trouble with html when editing a question or an answer.
The other part of this issue, not solved, the fact that some buttons are missing in the tinymce editor (link button and others), is linked to the QA pro settings : it happens only when the \”mention user\” setting is turned on. So we turned off this setting which is not very useful for us, but I prefered to inform you.
