"Select a category" error breaks the page

Hello, Recently I just found that the list question page was broken. In the source code I found this: The single apostrophe before the url in the href breaks the page. I couldn’t find the code that is responsible for outputting this . Please help.

Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).

Just found out this plugin break the question-list: Google Analytics for WordPress by yoast.com
