If I disable the plugin, The problem goes away. Can you take a look?

About this issue, you can update the plugin to the latest version 1.2.6. With the latest version, all the issue in the Site Health has fixed.

how do I update? just uninstall the old one and install the new one? my Q&A will not be deleted by doing this, right?
BTW, I can’t see the DW Question Answer Pro on my download list. I have the Developer package, but the DWQA is not listed there. I have:
– DW Q&A Captcha, DW Q&A Leaderboard, DW Q&A Markdown, DW Q&A Widgets, Private: DW Q&A Category, Tag Notification
