Email Settings cannot change From Name

I save the From Name in the Email Settings, it says it is save, and yet it reverts back to what it was before.

We have checked about this issue. The From Name using the Site title, you can go to the Settings > Generals > Site Tile.
I think this is an option need to improve in the next version. I sent and notified to our technical team about this option. We will check and improve it.
