karthikHi. I have purchased the “DW Question and Answers Pro” plugin from Code Canyon and tried to Install it on our Word Press site. But we are unable to Install it. Please help us resolving the problem.

DominicFirstly, you need to unzip the codecanyon-15057949-dw-question-answer-pro-wordpress-plugin.zip file then find the dw-question-answer-pro.zip file to install.
I have tried to install the plugin and the plugin works fine.
If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking. I will help you install and configure the plugin now.
